Payment is usually made via VISA / card payment. Prepayment and collection is also an option.
Shipping:
We will ship the parcels within 3 working days after receiving the order unless otherwise stated by SørDykk. Tracking numbers will be sent to you so you can follow the package. If no prepayment has been agreed then we will send in a request as Norgpakakker if you choose not to pay by card. We can send small packages like Apostle, only prepayment or card payment. We send larger and heavier packages with Posten or DFDS. You are welcome to come and pick up your order with us if desired. Get in touch about time.
Return:
Should you have received a product with defects or defects, please call us as soon as possible. We then agree on the phone how we will settle the matter. We want satisfied customers !!

All orders are placed on the postage charges for sending parcels. The postal collection fee will also be added. Parcels under 350 grams will be sent as letters, and parcels over 350 grams will be sent with the Post Service Pack. Unclaimed packages are charged with kr. 250, -. SørDykk reserves the right to change prices without notifying the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep up to date on current prices. SørDykk makes reservations about any price errors on the internet or in printed matter. Prices are subject to change without notice. If a product does not conform to the specified specifications, it does not in itself entitle to any claim above SørDykk on the part of the buyer. It also does not give the right to return the goods, unless the specifications of the product delivered differ significantly from those stated. SørDykk accepts no liability for consequential errors that may arise due to errors in the given and / or actual specifications regarding a product. SørDykk will normally ship ordered items within 0-3 business days. In addition, chartering time comes. If any of the ordered items are not in stock, the delivery time will normally be a few days extra, and we will provide information on the expected delivery time.
